1. Introduction

These terms of use govern the use of the CV Builder service. By using our service, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

CV Builder is an online service for creating, editing and exporting professional CVs.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

The basic service is free with watermark. Watermark-free PDF export requires a subscription: 1 CHF/month or 10 CHF/year.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw after subscribing, unless you have already used the export service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CV content. CV Builder retains rights to the service and templates.

7. Limitation of Liability

CV Builder cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of violation of these terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
